*Code_Saturneのインストール [#w4ec75f0]

[[CAE Linux:http://caelinux.com/CMS/index.php]]の情報を参考に記述しています。

OS：Ubuntu 10.04~
Code_Saturne : ver.2.1~
インストール先 /opt~
~
1. フォルダの所有者の変更(root → user)~
 $ sudo chown username /opt/~
~
2. 必要なインストール~
 $ sudo apt-get install gfortran g++ python-dev python-numpy zlib1g-dev libatlas-base-dev grace bison flex python-qt4 checkinstall mpich2
 $ sudo apt-get install swig pyqt4-dev-tools libxml2-dev
　（ver2.2をインストールする場合は、cmake2.8.8をインストールする必要がある）~

3. インストーラーのダウンロードと解凍~
　[[Code_Saturne公式ページ:http://code-saturne.org/cms/]]より、インストーラーをダウンロードして、任意の場所に解凍する。~
　解凍したインストーラーフォルダに移動し、setupをテキストエディタで下のように編集する。（コメント部分は省略）

4. インストーラーの実行~
 $ ./install_saturne.py
　各種モジュールと本体のソースファイルがダウンロードされて、自動的にインストールされる。~
　インストール後はパスを通す。~
 $ echo "export PATH=/opt/code_saturne-2.1.7/bin:$PATH" >> .bashrc
 $ source ~/.bashrc

5. examplesの実行~
　インストーラーフォルダの下に、code_saturne-[バージョン番号] > examples を任意の場所（ここではホームフォルダとする）にコピーして移動する。
 $ cp -r code_saturne-2.1.7/examples ~/
 $ cd ~/example/1-simple_junction
 $ cp -r mesh/ MESH
　ケースファイルのテンプレートフォルダ(CASE1)を作成し、GUIを起動する。
 $ code_saturne create
 $ cp case1/case1.xml CASE1/DATA
 $ cd CASE1
 $ code_saturne gui
　GUIが起動したら、DATA/case1.xmlを読み込む。~
　下図のように、Start calculationボタンを押して、計算を実行すれば、CASE1/RESU/[日付]-[ジョブ番号]/postprocessing にensight形式の結果ファイルが出力される。~
　RESULTS.caseをParaViewやSalomeのParaVisモジュールで開いて確認する。~
